Nano Rework Station 120V. Nano rework station. Includes NT115-A handpiece and AN115-A tweezer. Ideal for work with very small-sized components requiring the highest precision, including 0402, 0201 and 01005. The short distance from the tip to the handle offers maximum control, even when using a microscope.

Fine tip tweezers make rework of 0401, 0201 and lead-free ICs much easier

This station is pretty good. It has some features that are over the top, like data logging and a footswitch that controls the iron's power. The killer feature, however, are the very thin soldering tips. I was able to rework the lead free qfn/dfn parts with no problem as I actually managed to heat the connection due to the thin tips. My only negative for this station is how expensive it is and it takes a few seconds to boot from off.
