Great speakers. It plays music loud and clear and doubles as a great speaker too. We installed it in our restaurant and it worked great. We plan to use it in 3 more places. Highly recommended.

We still don't know what all nine wires are for, but we haven't been able to get decent sound quality with any combination of the two. So we'll probably ditch the speaker and leave the baffle. It's wrong to spend.

My room had four existing speakers in a 70V system but they were very old and didn't sound very good. Replaced by four pieces, the difference is noticeable. We won't blow the ceiling, but the volume is adequate and the sound quality is very good.

For 70V commercial installations they seem to be a good base standard, or maybe a little overkill. They come with transformers, standard wiring options, relatively good sound. Keep in mind this is not a live PA performance, it is background music for large (or many) venues and an announcement. They work well and I haven't had any problems with any of them so far. The customers are happy with it and the price is right.

Bar noise is not my thing. I bought this to demonstrate to a customer how poor her existing speakers are. She heard that in comparison and said immediately. Let's replace everyone. For the price this is a great speaker, especially for speech. 70 volt distribution speaker systems are used for background music and speech. All 70V systems mute music and are not intended for listening to "real" music. joy be with you!
