Not very good quality knife

I have not even used this knife and it is wearing out. I bought it about 3 months ago and put it in a protective case. I decided to take it out and have a look: There is oxidation/corrosion on the back of this new JCK "Carbonext" Santokú knife. inferior quality. I think I'll stick with damascus steel from now on.

Pros
  • Santoku kitchen knife. The Santoku's tall blade and rounded tip make it a versatile knife that's well-suited for slicing all of your homemade food ingredients; Sharp enough to use right away with no need for a sharpening process to enjoy excellent cutting performance
Cons
  • Non automatic
