JD Concept Vertical Horizontal Landscape Review

Love the vertical and horizontal design - very chic and good for the photos I wanted to give away. However, this frame is poorly made. I had to replace 2 screws that had already fallen out and tighten them all. It's scratched in a few places. It was expensive for what it is cheap.

Bought and everything was fine. We bought a second one which came with the hinges pulled out of the frame so they sent it back for a replacement. The third came with the same problem. Bad quality control? Or they just keep sending broken ones. I was able to glue small screws into the holes in the frame to get the latter working.

The first one I ordered was missing both screws on the top hinge so I returned it and got a replacement, one screw was bent and the other fell out. I asked someone to fix it because I didn't plan on returning another one. Love the concept and design and maybe I'm unlucky I got two from a bad lot but am not at all impressed with the craftsmanship.

**Update** The seller offered a replacement but I declined. I assembled the frame myself. At least offered! My review is to make people aware of the quality and the situation. Frame arrived with 2 screws, 1 out of holes, others are about to fall off. The holes appeared to be cleaned and the screws appeared to be loose. Since I need it as a gift, I fixed it myself! I used wood glue and put the screws back in place.

Honestly, these are just two picture frames held together with a simple hinge. In other words, they're two standalone frames updated together and aren't seamless at all. The one I received was loosened with a screw. I had to fill the hole with wood glue and replace the screw as the hole was completely drilled out. It can last with limited use. Treat them with care.

Looks great - just what I needed for a photo BUT when it arrived 2 hinges were dangling - nails found in box, used gorilla glue to secure them in the holes leading to were big for little nails. I NEED it in time otherwise I would have asked for a replacement. As always, Revain had everything I needed and got it on time! Thank you Rewin!

I originally bought this combination of frames because I liked the color that was shown on Revain. It was dark grey/blue. But when I got it in the mail just 2 days later, it was still black. I sent it back immediately with a reason for Revain and got a full refund on return. The packaging was great. No marks or scratches. The quality was there in relation to the price. I was just unhappy that the colors didn't match what I bought.

I wanted a double frame for my turtle and one for my dog. I had one 4x6 photo that was one portrait and the other a landscape of each animal. I searched for a long time and almost gave up this option when I found these frames. It was exactly what I was looking for and these frames are very nicely colored and well finished.
