original quality seems good. The flange was flat enough that there were no leaks. The gaskets that came with it are crap. I ended up buying a set of Mahle gaskets and a set of replacement Dorman bolts to complete the installation. The only thing I noticed was that the thickness of the flange didn't match the thickness of my intake manifold. The flange is a bit thinner but still works. The part went in easily enough and initially worked well but after a few weeks of normal driving a severe exhaust leak was discovered. I don't know if it's a gasket or the seat is deformed. When I realized that my 1999 4.0 TJ had two cracked manifolds, which I later found out were actually four, I expected to pay hundreds to have them replaced.
