Completely different from the ones I bought before. The ones I replaced lasted quite a long time. We use them all day, every day to break through the rewards program card. This pink pair started failing shortly after receipt. I've played around with them enough to make them usable. But hardly. It takes a lot of strength to get them to work.

Not sure if this is just a manufacturing defect in the stamps we received or if the overall quality of the brand/item matches what I experienced but this one Punch does not appear to be properly aligned (stamp vs. hole it should be pushed into) and the return springs are weak, so we find that we have to manually open the punch to remove the punched paper.

I initially liked the price and performance of this punch. I'm a teacher and I used this beat for the reward system in my class. Reward cards are made of cardboard and this hole punch was designed for hard work in a 3rd grade classroom. Unfortunately, the hole punch only lasted 3 months. Now the edges of the stamp are jammed together and I have to force the handles open. Sometimes I can't hit it at all due to shot alignment issues. I do not allow students to use a hole punch.
