It's not GOLD, more beige/champagne.

I was very disappointed when I received the product. To me it looks more beige/champagne and even pale orange than gold. Just look at the first picture where I put my husband's gold cufflinks on for comparison and they certainly don't match. Of course the color will change depending on the lighting, so the second image is fainter (in white light) and actually matches the original image; however, the "gold" I envisioned is still a long way off.
