With all the cicadas around. I thought the Cicada Bolo Tie would be cute and fun. The detailing was good and anyone could easily tell it was a cicada. Cheap enough that buying it as a joke won't break the bank.

My husband needed a western look for his outfit for a special occasion. It worked great for a great price. Not disappointed, just as pictured. Very happy with the purchase!

Well I was hoping it would be better than it is. Leather (or whatever) is cheap and not attractive. I think the Chinese have no idea. Pops off at this point.

It's a little smaller than it looks in the picture; The clasp is smaller than I would like and the cord seems a bit thinner. Also, the clasp itself didn't fit the cord very well, the clasp kept falling off when worn. I was able to manually bend the two pieces of metal around the cord to tighten it, eliminating the need to return the item. This is still the attractive part, but be aware that it might be a bit smaller than you'd expect.

Very nice bolo tie. Highly recommended. Used as one of the awards for this year's theme of our Church Vacation Bible School, Gold Rush.

I like the length of the cord but was disappointed I couldn't swap the slider for another. I don't think this is unusual for bolo ties. I just want them to make them so you can swap slides. This one is a little smaller than I had hoped.
