Although it looks small at first glance, my large cat fits perfectly and comfortably; Maya weighs about 13 pounds. At least mine didn't have a strong odor as mentioned in other reviews so that's not a problem. It seems sturdy enough to support my cat's weight, with good workmanship and materials, and it also has extra pockets to carry everything of your "fluffy baby". But if you put it under the seat, there's only 6 inches of space, or less when you factor in the life jacket hanging under the seat. The cat I wore in it hated it! She was fine in a slightly larger plastic. Pet carrier. I used her as a carry-on on the top bunk (NEVER put your pet on the top bunk. She was inโ€ฆ
