I fitted these guards to my 125cc pit bike. Installation was pretty easy, all I had to do was cut holes in the ends of the handles. They have already saved my clutch lever from an accident I had at the track. I think they are worth the money and would recommend buying them.

They are easy enough to install but be careful not to overtighten the insert, it must have bent my stem enough to do my throttle. I found a solution but it would have taken a lot less time if I had known it could happen.

I used these handguards on a 2016 Kawasaki versus a 650. I also have aftermarket handlebars. While you can see the build quality and hardware aren't premium, it feels right for the price. I found it good enough. In my situation, I had to bend the forend's main bar slightly on both sides to get them to fit properly. Nothing complicated if you have a metal vise. Considering all the variables in the steering wheel, I found them perfectly acceptable.

Difficult to adjust on my '06 YZ250 with 1 1/8 bar. In the end I cut the end off leaving only one hole for mounting, the length was too long for my license plate. The metal isn't very strong and probably won't take a serious direct hit (could be wrong) but I just needed something to keep the brush out of my hands and I think they'll do a good job. As with everything you get what you pay for and I wasn't expecting top notch security so I'm not disappointed.

While the design is good, the materials and finish leave a lot to be desired. First, the flexible connection between the guard and the handlebar mount makes alignment much easier BUT this part was not threaded properly and the bolt popped out before the handguard was tightened. I had to buy a 6mm tap before I could install this part.
