Definitely as advertised. I bought these thinking they might work on my 07. Close, but no cigar. However, look for good quality reproductions.

Doesn't fit the battery side but I'm modifying it to fit the other side, a bit loose but they look better than without them.

None of these cases will fit my 2005 Rebel. The side of the battery doesn't fit at all, the other side seems to fit but dangles and rattles.

Bought for my 2004 Honda Rebel and one side didn't fit properly. At least one other person had this problem (see reviews), not to mention people who didn't bother to leave a review. You can customize it by forcing it, but it's not necessary and it won't look good. Here's a company making money off the wrong parts - don't give them yours.

The quality of the parts was excellent however the right side had to be mechanically altered as it didn't fit at all. I did some research and found that every 3rd party had the same issue. Changing parts wasn't a big problem. So be careful when looking for a third party replacement part as you will need to make mechanical modifications to make it fit.
