Yes, made in China. Welcome to the globalization of America. However, these handguards are cheaper than ALL you will find on the market and the quality is as good as the expensive ones. This is my third set, everything works great. WR250R, YZ85, CRF70F and ready for another pair on my YZ125. Not particularly impressed. I put them on my son's 2019 Honda CRF125. They were easy to install but they didn't quite match up as I had to remove the front plastic, place them behind the front plastic and attach the plastic to the guards. It will likely fit larger bikes. A couple of slow flips on hills, they were all bent, we had to remove them completely on hills as they interfered with the throttle, clutch and brake after a flip or two. Overall I'm happy with the guards, the price was great, they feel solid and well built. They will not fit the 2020 KLX230R. The outer end attaches directly to the bars, but the angle of the inner end was about 30 degrees from the orientation of the included bracket. Using a hacksaw, drill and tap, and an aluminum rod I had, I made adapters. I got them working. They probably fit the right bike right away, but they are not "universal". Easily mounts directly to a set of ProTaper 1 1/8" bars. The end of the bar fits standard steel bars or thick aluminum. I have tried the extra bits and you easily gripped the standard yamaha TW200 steel bars but they need to be assembled properly align the slotted bits with the internally slotted bits so they can expand and grip large enough to accommodate all levers, So cleaning the master and switches on a street legal TW200 should do the trick, overall I'd happily recommend them.

Surprisingly well made for the money spent! I used this to install a Royal Enfield Himalayan and the black color suits the bike perfectly and looks very nice! A few things to watch out for. Installed in stock 07' wr250. Watched the installation video. I only had to cut the middle of the handle, not the entire end of the handle. I moved the clutch lever bracket inboard so the lever doesn't touch the guard, no need to change the lever. On the throttle side I used a 1/2" drill bit the same diameter as the inside of the stem to drill through the plastic end of the throttle tube.
