Looks great! Good for parts

I like the look and fit of the fairing, I made myself a top fairing carrier. The only thing I don't like is that the high beam is so hot you can see it burned the inside of the lens.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Minus point available

Headlight bulbs and assemblies

Wanted to change body color to DRZ but Acerbis does not include headlight housing, tried it, everything works fine but there is not enough space behind the rubber straps for factory wiring and OEM unit components may not be permanent. I'll keep some nylon zippers handy just in case.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Easy repairability

BRAAAPP! HEADLIGHT, DUAL SPORT.

A nice headlight made my 2005 Yamaha ttr250 look like a 2017 model. The standard bulb is quite bright, but I recommend replacing it with an H4 LED bulb. It comes with straps and other accessories to attach it to the fork. It's universal, I fit every bike, I just have to be patient to align everything.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Not the best

Definitely needs a small upgrade to use DOT

Decent product. Light sucks, so it'll definitely be first on your list to upgrade. I bought a 60 watt light bulb, it helped. The plastic is pretty cheap so it's in your best interest to paint it a nice color to match the color of your bike. Much more aerodynamic so it was worth it. Went to this one from a flat band of light taking breath

Very Versatile - Motorcycle and Power Sports

I installed this on my Yamaha TTR 225 and it looks great but my application requires a little mechanical skill. The supplied rubber mounting straps are sufficient for most applications, using a few small nuts, bolts etc from hardware stores I was able to get a very strong mount, the light seems pretty solid and good quality but that's the one I received , it had a few ripples in the plastic which were a little noticeable, it looks like the light was taken out of the mold while still hot which…

Needed some modifications for my SV650

The first streetfighter I built was a 1st generation SV650 in 2003 (after an accident at a race track). Now that I have the 2nd gen I wanted to apply the same attitude. Things have changed a bit considering that when I built my bike 17 years ago the only options I had were Acerbis, Baja Designs and aftermarket UFO dual sport headlights - everything but the Acerbis looked pretty good and cost over $100. Being able to get this headlight for $20 was pretty nice. I used the old headlight bracket as

Pretty decent light, worth the money

I chose this for an old XR600R that I've been working on recently. I rebuilt the entire bike and didn't have the original headlight. I didn't keep everything original so I jumped at the chance to try this slightly more modern light for the price. (Currently around $27 on Prime). I really didn't expect it to be half as good as it is in this price range. It sits very well on the bike, both in terms of physical attachment and styling. Of course, the wiring didn't match my old XR, but it took 10…
