missing a piece .... Charm Castle.

Great product, unfortunately they forgot the lock. Should have been a present for my husband. Excellent quality, unfortunately they must have forgotten the key to lock the bracelet.

The bracelet is good but the latch does not work, it needs to be replaced

The latch on the bracelet didn't open, it didn't work at all so it just lies there, I didn't send it back if you want to send me another one ok but it just doesn't work, Thank you

Bracelet too big

I ordered this set thinking I could wear the bracelet but it turned out to be too big. It just slips off my wrist. Otherwise the set is really cute. It seems that every detail is made of high quality materials and is really durable. The set is well packaged, it can be given as a whole or as part of a gift. If you have a small wrist, this may not suit you.
