I opened this product from the box, opened the bag, the zipper broke. The tassel fell off and the zipper twisted. I'll be back.

This bag was too cheap and awkward to open and close - always takes two hands to zip up. The inner lining is also not sewn on, so the fabric moves. Very disappointed with this wallet.

This bag is cute and the quality is pretty good at a very cheap price. It's roomy enough for what I wanted (cell phone, reading glasses/sunglasses, wallet, phone, keys, lipstick) but it's not a crossbody bag. I'm only 5ft 2in, very skinny, and the strap was too short, even adjusted to the max length, to wear as a crossbody bag.

it was very high quality leather, looked great, was the perfect size and had a cute polka dot design on the inside! BUT, I come back because the strap has an odd gap and when you put it on it stands out and distracts from the bag as it looks like a third strap. Otherwise it would be ideal, but return for that reason!

Although this handbag is charming, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The brush fell off after a month of use. Three months later the belt broke on one side. I'm not picky about my wallet at all and I'm a couch potato so I rarely leave the house enough to spend a lot of money on it and half the time I run to the store I grab my wallet and not my whole wallet. So, to put it mildly, it's disappointing.

I bought this bag as a Christmas present for my daughter. It falls apart after a short time. The brush fell off. The tab holding the shoulder strap has fallen off. and the tongue on the other side begins to loosen. No, it wasn't an expensive wallet, but you still expected it to last longer. The returns window is closed but I am still contacting Revain to let them know I am very disappointed with this cheap item. Save your money and don't buy this item, you will be disappointed too.

Overall I like this bag and the price is very reasonable. However, the tassel keeps coming off the zipper which is driving me crazy. There is a sliding mechanism to put it back on but that doesn't help me if I lose it after it fell down one day haha. The shoulder strap is fully extended but still a bit short for comfort. So I guess just be aware of that. It's still doable, but I would have liked a longer strap.

Absolutely amazing value for money and a must have! Faux leather isn't a super cheap feel. It's sleek, no flaws have been found, and overall the design of the wallet is well done.
