Jimdo is a web hosting service that allows users to create websites without having to know HTML code.

They're doing pretty good job in terms of the support team. They usually reply within a couple hours and the responses are quite helpful. For example, the time I created my site, I had a question about importing my Wordpress database into Jimdo. Within 5 minutes, I got the answer and it worked! My website was launched within 20 minutes. And the interface is great. It has many built-in themes, so I don't need to install any additional plugins or use any extra tool to make a theme.
