Easy to install on 2003 Honda XR70

Easy to install on 2003 Honda XR70. No modifications needed, spacers and screws were perfect. The lever rotates easily and the build quality is that of the original manufacturer.

  • Certified
Cons
  • Secret

It seems to work? for parts

The bolts are too long (must use the original bolts from your CRF70F and the o-ring is not thick enough to replace the original ones. If you need a new tank gasket, yes, you still need to buy it separately.Otherwise it works.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Excellent replacement for Honda CRF80F

Bet on Honda CRF80F. The old one didn't shut off the fuel supply. When I pulled the old one out, the plastic shade was in very bad shape. It fit perfectly and worked great. The positions are marked like the OEM part: OFF, ON and RES.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Two issues: On motorcycles and powersports

I just put this on a 2004 Honda CRF150f. Firstly the gasket is not compatible and I had to make a gasket from my box of "spare gaskets". Secondly, when turning to the "off" position the fuel supply is not cut off and the bike can go on forever. But otherwise it delivers fuel and has no leaks. The bike seems to work fine. But the seal and not shutting off the fuel supply is annoying.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Some issues

Worked great and matched my 2001 Honda XR50 perfectly

My 2001 Honda XR50 leaked after 18.5 years in the garage. This replacement worked and matched the original Honda gas tank perfectly. I removed the gas tank which made installing a new one a little easier. Replacing this part gave me the opportunity to clean the gas tank. The motorcycle works with this new faucet without any problems and the price is cheap. Only time will tell how well it holds up, but so far so good.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons

Works perfectly. No problems after more than 10 rides.

Works great and looks good. I installed this on a 2005 CRF70 because the old one was rotting and covered in radio scraps. It works great and has a backup. To prevent problems with the carburetor, I always turn off the gas and let the bike run until the gas in the carburetor is gone. This valve works well and prevents gas from entering the carburetor when it is off. My friend has a CRF50 and his gas valve never completely shuts off the gas. Very satisfied and will definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Volume

. Take a short length of fuel line and pour at least half a liter of fuel into a waste container and move the valve off several times the "on" position. to the off position. to reserve and back, allowing fuel to flow into the waste tank for a few seconds on each cycle. ON and RESERVE positions a few times before connecting to the motorcycle fuel line. There's a good chance there's a bunch of crap in the valve, and if you hook it up to the bike without flushing it very well, the crap will end up

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Fuel line was damaged
