I have cricut air and I cut cookie stencils on a poster board plus (cuts twice automatically) and I use a German 45 degree carbide blade which I also bought on Amazon (3 packs about $10, they've been enough for me for a year and I'm an active user). This material cuts like a dream, with no snags.

They are excellent for stencils with little detail. Basic abbreviations only. I tried to cut out some small details but they got eaten away by my cricket. In general, the stencils I've been able to make have been fairly durable and fully recyclable. When I edited the cookies with it, the design came out perfect. I would recommend this product for DIY stencils.

I'm a new Cricut user and wanted to create reusable stencils for a floor tile project. I saw a video about this product so I gave it a try. This is NOT glue which is good for reusable stencils. I then used spray adhesive (removable) and just reapplied the spray as needed; stays sticky for a while. After spraying, place the stencil on a piece of cardboard or something to remove excess glue, then remove the stencil!

At first I was frustrated because my first haircuts weren't very good and with different versions of what is recommended I was ready to give up and immediately ordered 4mil! Well, I got up with a clear mind and started again, and after a few test runs I found that the custom setting "Poster" with a deep-cut blade for my Cricut Explore Air 2 was the winning combo for now. I will still use 4 mil but this 6 mil will be my choice due to the strength of Mylar.

I bought these stencils to decorate my little sister's room. It took me a heck of a lot of time to pressurize and trim my cricket properly and I messed up at least 4 times in the process, but that's not the product's fault. They tear fairly easily so be careful, but they were strong enough to be glued on, stenciled, removed and in some cases reused multiple times. As you can see, it turned out beautifully! If the walls weren't so bumpy, all I know is that my lines would be sharp and clean, but…

Unfortunately I can no longer return them as I did not use them until the returns window closed, this product does not work with Cricut Maker. I messed up a few sheets, tried a few different settings (even those recommended in the product description and other reviews). I have a Cricut Maker 3, I use a deep cut blade with multiple passes and lots of pressure on poster board, plastic wrap, stencil etc. Nothing worked. I am very disappointed in this product, do not recommend.
