Great way find quality people quickly and efficiently

The ease of use was my favorite thing about this program! I love how easy it makes finding candidates to fill positions for our organization has been made so much easier than before we used other programs like Monster or Career Builder!! There are some things you can't do in their system (like create ads) but they're working towards adding those features soon which will be great because then there would not even need an alternative as far as advertising goes. Definitely try them out if your…

Pros
  • I like that there is an opportunity for feedback to be given to users of the system and that they really cater to what the users' specific needs are!
Cons
  • I don't dislike anything specific! It's the same for everything that has a bit of a learning curve there's a bit of a learning curve in almost anything

Perfect platform that helps me find top talent fast

I love how easy it was to use! The interface is super simple and intuitive. It's really great for smaller companies as you can easily manage your team members' applications without having to add tons of other features or apps. There isn't anything i dislike specifically though. Maybe just minor issues like sometimes being slow to load up after refreshing my browser (especially if there are many open tabs). Other than those two things - everything has been perfect so far! We've had some amazing

  • Sometimes loading time takes too long but that might be because our internet here at work
