Joes Racing 32306 Pressure Gauge Review

I am very glad I bought a quality product that works very well. I've used this to run a mower, wheelbarrow, kayak cart, and other lower pressure inflatables that require precise air inflation from 8# to 20# with no issues for me. The low pressure gauge is a must have today and I'm very happy with this one which even reads a crisp 1/2 pound increment.

In our experience not a very good product. It looks great and the glow-in-the-dark feature is good, but this sensor is very inaccurate. When poundage counts, don't rely on this motorsport product. The difference between 6 lbs and 10 lbs in our application is huge and that number is too big. Compared to our old gauge and other teams' gauges, it's always been 4-5 pounds lower across the board.

The problem with this pressure gauge and many others like it is that if you ever connect it to anything above the rated pressure they will go bad and the company will only say , very sorry so sorry and there is nothing I can do to help you. Bought this sensor for a lawn tractor to level the mower deck. The first thing to do before leveling is to make sure all 4 tires are inflated exactly to their advertised tire pressure, which is the low pressure this gauge is ideal for. Losing a pound can make a difference. This sensor is accurate and easy to use. The only thing that would be better would be for the reading to stay in place until you release it, but that's no big deal. The hose is long enough for two-handed operation.

I have owned and used many different gauges over the years and have been looking for the 'holy grail' of accurate and readable machines. I just bought two small 5 star gauges but unfortunately they differed by as much as 8psi at 32 on normal readings of around 30psi. You will be returned. This will be my most reliable tool! Great product with ultra accurate readings. Be sure to purchase a pressure gauge that allows you to read in the middle of the zone. I ride my 13lb Honda CRF 230F bike and the 30lb gauge is perfect. I'd rather get one that holds the read, but I've found it's not too uncomfortable to read while using it. I can attest to the glow in the face's functionality in the dark. I bought a 30psi model and when it arrived I "charged" the face by illuminating it with a Maglite and it was easily readable for 15 minutes in a dark room. I stopped testing after 15 minutes as I thought 15 minutes of readability was more than enough and had no need for further testing.
