Exactly what we were looking for: soft, fits well but does not tighten the head and does not squeeze the head during sleep.

I have a huge head up to 30 inches lol and I have thick thick hair but this suits me - I like it. I think this is the biggest hat I could get my hands on.

nice and soft but could be more. It's fine for my 7-1/4 head, but I was hoping to use it as a nightcap to keep my longer hair out of my face. I won't take a star off for that because it's not designed for that, but it still felt small to me when I tried lowering it further. And 100% cotton means it's likely to shrink even less. Of course, on a cold day, it would be impossible to fold the bottom around your ears for a double layer. I gave it to someone who liked it.

Very happy with this hat! Sometimes hats are too small and tight around the head, but this one fits very well and is comfortable. The fabric is thick and should be very warm (may not be needed until next winter but I'll appreciate later). It might not be as warm as my merino wool products, but it's mothproof which is a big plus. I wish they'd made it in more colors (or offered more on Revain) but I think we'll be ordering another one.

Bought as a gift for someone. He says he was comfortable at first, but within the first few hours he relaxed and felt completely at ease. He looks like a gnome/elf hat at times, but it's okay if he wants to live in a tree and bake cookies for a big multinational food company. Not as itchy as wool or acrylic and not as warm as these but still keeps your head warm. I haven't washed it yet - if it doesn't wash well I'll update. Now for some reason I need Pecan Sandie.

This is a very nice cap but it is only a fashion accessory. In other words, if you're in cold weather, you bought the wrong fabric. I bought this knit hat for the winter, I don't think cotton would cause that much static electricity in my hair. Well, I was right about the electricity, but the wind just blows through this hat like a hairnet. So if you fit in and look like Edge from U2 this is your beanie, but if you want a warm beanie choose wool or fleece, I gave it 5 stars because it's quality

My FAVORITE hat. I bought a Heff hat and it was really itchy. The fabric was way more "poofy" compared to this hat. The threads for this hat are wrapped more tightly. Physically it's thinner than the Heff hat, but it gives the illusion of feeling "thicker" when in reality the hat is just thicker and stronger. It's much softer/silky; so it doesn't itch like a Heff hat. The only thing I don't like a bit is that for people with slightly smaller heads (I'm 5ft 7in) the hat goes up a bit on the left
