Enhance Your Style with Johnston Murphy Men's Prentiss U Throat Shoes Review

It is very beautiful and they look very beautiful. They fit great and can be worn like dress shoes. Two things to note. (1) This type of leather and white sole/board looks really great but gets dirty easily and stains just don't come out. (2) Shoes squeak loudly on any floor, ie when walking through a bar without a carpet. I had other shoes with no leather soles, like silent sneakers. These people can be heard walking a mile.

The left boot I received was cut completely different than the right boot. They fit awfully. Couldn't figure out why it was such a bad fit until he looked at two shoes and noticed the left shoe was stitched differently than the right. Terrible shoes.

I have bought many pairs of J&M shoes in the past and this pair did not disappoint. At first they felt tight but after I removed the insole the shoes were comfortable. The shoes are stylish and can be worn with khakis or jeans.

This shoe is narrow with an inner sock which is very snug on the foot, as it pinched a nerve in my foot and I had 3 painful days I would not recommend this style.

Well made shoes of obvious quality. Look and feel are exceptional. Very convenient. Getting compliments on the style. Highly recommended.

I love being able to remove an insert from the pillow, but (and I'm pretty sure it's just my foot) it can rub on my heel just enough to cause a blister on my back. Do they still break. I have many compliments on her!

I had a pair in the blue suede version and after wearing them for a while they started to smell. I thought maybe a friend's cat sprayed them. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the smell out. I ended up throwing them away and bought the same ones in brown leather. The same thing happened! These stink too! So disappointed. It was very expensive for me to buy.

This shoe had a sewn-in tongue, which made it a bit uncomfortable to put on. This shoe wasn't as comfortable as other Johnston and Murphy lace-up shoes I've had in the past.

I bought these shoes before going to a conference in Las Vegas recently and I'm very glad I did. I've run a mile for three consecutive days and they have been very comfortable. Normally at these events my feet would hurt from standing and walking all day, but this time I didn't feel uncomfortable at the end of the day. As an added bonus, this line of shoes from Johnson & Murphy looks great and is totally waterproof. I have already ordered a similar pair. These will be my work and leisure shoes…

I already have the XC4.perfect hybrid for men. Can be worn in any weather. rain, snow and sun. As well as shorts, jeans and even trousers. I'm glad I found her.

I like the XC4 because it fits my foot like a glove. They are made of high-quality materials and are also waterproof. These shoes should last a lifetime.

Bought these to replace the big ugly dirty white "daddy shoes" that my husband said were so comfortable. He said they were even more comfortable. And they look great too! Easy to clean. Very diverse. Pair it with jeans, khakis and shorts. He wears them every day. Just bought a third pair in a different color.

A friend recommended this shoe. I was a little shocked by the price but I am delighted with the comfort and the look of the shoes. I will probably order a different version.

One of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever bought. I thought they just needed to be hacked, but no, they hurt. The extreme comfort system is a farce.

Fits well, looks good and is comfortable for everyday wear, but doesn't support people well enough on their feet for 8-10 hours a day. Wouldn't recommend it for that.

My husband was very happy when he got these shoes for his birthday, he often talks about how comfortable they are and how they are the best shoes he has ever had! He has been wearing them almost every day for a few months now and they show no signs of wear. Looks like they will last a long time!

These shoes look great and are very comfortable, but I also needed a shoe that had some grip on the sole. These don't have. I slipped on the hard wooden floor. If you're older and need a shoe that doesn't feel like you slip easily, this isn't for you.

My husband says these are the most comfortable shoes he has ever owned. He wanted me to find the same black boot, but we can't find one that's all leather. The Revain's black is too sporty and not entirely leather. If a buyer finds this shoe somewhere else in black please let me know.
