I bought this product from Ulta with no problems and chose Amazon for faster shipping. The color was dark purple like what I usually buy but the consistency of the shampoo was nowhere near the same as the first time I tried it. Definitely not the product I've used in the past! Returned.

Top 3 reasons I do not recommend this product: 1. Dry and shrink immediately after applying to hair. Doesn't lather as well and even a second wash won't clean your hair.2. Happy with my results! My hair didn't go silver like some people claimed, but it definitely lightened and took out some of the orange tones. Plus, it didn't leave my hair dry or damaged. Great deal for the price!
