🔪 Joie 26028 Stainless Steel Flexible Paring/Garnishing Knives: Set of 4 with Varying Colors Review

I love these knives (the ones on the list) I bought them twice but the third time it was a different knife! It may be a newer version or something, but it doesn't match the description of the item or my other knives.

These knives do what I need, they are paring knives. I sometimes use it for more complex tasks like cutting meat. You haven't let me down yet. They are not rusty and I wash them in the dishwasher. I am very happy with them, they are comfortable in the hand.

I have bought three different types of paring knives (Good Cook, Norpro and Joie). All three sets meet my expectations. Being a pianist, I don't like ultra-sharp knives for everyday use. Joie knives have more ergonomic handles. All three sets are 6" long with a 2.5" blade and 3.5" handle. I would buy them again.

I have a lot of knives and it's so much smaller than any other paring knife it comes in handy with use is useless. You know those little savers they sell at Costco, well, these grips are about 30% smaller than these, and the plastic is polished so it's slippery. I will send them back. But if you have a very responsible 10-year-old child who loves to cook and whose hands don't grow, then you should definitely get them.

These are very small knives, but we don't just use them for cutting and decorating, we use them for 101 things. If someone takes food on a tray in the house, they are easier to transport than heavy stainless steel knives, they are quite sharp and cut food on a plate very well. We've been using them for years and still couldn't find new ones to replace the old ones. Good price, arrived quickly, works well. as i expected. But I recommend buyers to consider them as mini paring knives.

While I realized the full length of the knife was 6 inches, not just the blade, I couldn't tell from the description how thin the knife itself was. I'm small myself so the blade was perfect for my purpose which is mainly slicing up whole mushrooms.1 This proved that the blade of my previous paring knife was definitely getting duller as it's a lot easier to slice things with this new one I believe I have three more of the same kind in line at the cutting board.

These little paring knives are perfect for my shared rental space. Their color makes them stand out so everyone knows they are for general use unlike my really expensive knives. Plus, they're cute enough to throw parties for multiple holidays. Red: Valentine's Day, Christmas, July 4th, New Year, Birthdays and more.
