Great ride for the money!

To be honest the first unit I received wasn't up to date. However the company has excellent customer service and they contacted me. I ended up getting a replacement unit and I was very impressed with the new unit. It's VERY fast for the money. I run it on M1 Mac Mini and am very satisfied. Not only is the ride great, but the customer service is outstanding!

Premium feel and stick size.

The case is metal, aluminum not plastic, looks premium, is about 2.5 inches long, not heavy or bulky, it is the best option if you have a very small portable SSD drive everything you have you just plug it into your laptop and it shows me as drive D and it's ready to use right out of the storage box which was nice. It also comes with two short data cables, one USB-C to USB 3.1 and the other USB-C to USB-C.

Works fine with Linux Ubuntu 20.04

I was concerned that Linux Ubuntu would not recognize this drive and I would have to run all sorts of command line commands to mount etc. But that was not the case. When I connected it immediately showed up as an available drive. I've been using it for about a week now and all I can say is "THIS IS FAST". I've often had to visually verify that files are actually being transferred because I'm still getting used to the speed at which large video files or raw images are moved. I was also surprised

It's a weird flash drive and it's awful

Just pick something big like Samsung or others. Even 10 minutes after receiving the disc I started having problems. It just stopped about halfway through the 6GB transfer. After about 15 minutes of inactivity, he started on his own. I removed and reconnected it and tried transferring it again, same thing. I tried deleting the files and it didn't delete them but instead extracted itself. Tried different cables and different computers, the result is the same. My iPad didn't even recognize it as a

Fast, doesn't load RPI4 but can be used as rootfs. This is a 4K drive

This drive is pretty fast! I run my Raspberry Pi 4 with it and am very happy with it. Note that you can't LOAD the Pi, but you can get the next best thing. You can boot the RPi from there, but you will need to do an initial boot from the SD card. However, once loaded, all disk access occurs on the SD card. A few things to note: 1) This disk is a 4K sector disk. This means that simply writing the SD card image using RPI Imager or Win32 Disk Imager WILL NOT SUCCESS. You seem to be expectingโ€ฆ
