I usually love Joseph and Joseph's products but this one definitely didn't live up to expectations. Once the cutlery is placed, you won't know which utensils are in which compartment! Once the utensils are placed the handles will overlap so you'll have to sift to get what you want and hopefully you've picked the right one as you can't see which is which as mentioned earlier. I would definitely not recommend.

I really wanted to love this product but I have 2 big problems with it. 1) The capacity of each pocket actually holds more utensils than my current system, and 2) When knives, forks, and spoons are properly inserted into the slots, you can't tell what you're taking until it's out of the drawer (and the tiny ones Symbols that tell you which item goes in which slot are useless). We thought it was a great design and bought it. However, cutlery trays are VERY limited in height. It would probably be great if you only had 4 of each dish. But we have a set of 8 pieces. They won't all fit unless squashed (scratching and scratching all over the coating). Either that, or stick them in the handle first, but then aim the tines of the fork right at your fingertips. So there is no doubt that you will be bumped all the time. Too expensive for the amount of storage it gives you.

I like this piece because we only have one drawer in our kitchen. This helps save a lot of space. My only complaint is that the cutlery compartments are not ideal for my particular cutlery set. I have THICK dishes. Due to the size of my cutlery, they are not ideal for slot machines. I figured a divider in each slot would be a good idea to separate large and small spoons and forks, but again, the size of my cutlery is crammed here. Damn I only had one (wide) drawer in my entire kitchen, this was perfect for putting everything in place and not having to rummage through the drawer to find something. I've also paired it with a knife organizer and I still have some room to expand one side to store extra chopsticks and reusable straws! It's durable and doesn't look cheap.
