It was great! I was able to take so many videos of my daughter and our dogs in our pool. I didn't fully submerge it! but it kept my phone completely dry. Now if the phone companies came up with a screen that we could easily see when we're outside.

This case helps keep your device dry in water but is not waterproof at all if submerged in water. Water will penetrate, there is no hermetic seal. It squeezes two pieces of plastic together without the locking of a zippered bag. If you want to immerse your device in water, you'd better buy a box of liter freezer bags.

I have used them while swimming in the sea, jumping in lakes and running in water parks. It never leaked. The clasps are pretty strong. I'd say if you're working hard, go for a stronger string.
