Product didn't work, let it sit for a full 7 minutes and no hair was removed. Not sure how the product is supposed to smell but it does smell like pure bleach. I did not receive the spatula listed in the description and the box was broken when I finally received it.

When I read the bad reviews I was skeptical but wanted to try something new as I had run out of Avon hair removal products. I was surprised, it works pretty well, I had to pluck a few hairs but I usually have to do that. I like it and it's not bad for the price and what comes with the product.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY! The smell alone is so awful that after washing EVERYTHING off I showered and washed AGAIN with soap and water, used baby powder and still smelled it. I'm afraid to put my hands up because if I feel it again I'm going to throw up. -10/10!

I have thick and coarse hair so I figured my hair type was the problem. I then read the reviews after trying it on my armpits a few times and found I wasn't the only one. Should have read the reviews before buying. I mean an average of 2.9/5 stars is pretty bad for a product. At least I found it easy to use, just don't use a spatula to apply. I use the rubber applicator that is used to apply the face mask and it works much better for an even application.

I do not recommend this product! I bought it with the intention of removing hair from my lips. I went through the directions, did as they said and the hair didn't fall out and my skin reacted badly to the cream. It comes with another cream to help soothe your skin if you have a reaction that worked and helped. That's the only thing this stuff has done for me. That's why I gave this product 1 star.
