NOT NPT x NPT fits tube fittings

Product ships in 1/2 NPT x 1/2G, not listed. Revain should remove this due to an incorrect and/or misleading description.

Pros
  • Forged brass for corrosion resistance, high temperature ductility and durability
Cons
  • Available in black only

Check Your Threads: Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Plumbing

The list does not indicate which threaded connection it is about. This is NOT an NPT thread, it may be black iron pipe thread. Also, there was a dirty first thread on all ends that was cut in one piece into a thin 1/4 inch point. With the exception of the first thread, the rest of the parts are of good quality.

Pros
  • Product Size: 1/2" male x 1/2" male (including 2 positions)
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

ATTENTION!: Fittings

DO NOT BUY THESE! Complete nonsense, the threads don't stick together. I've spent hours, HOURS trying to keep it from leaking. Winding up threads, winding up threads, tensioning and retensioning. Nothing worked. I went to a hardware store and bought $5 worth of iron pipe fittings and in ten minutes everything was hooked up with no leaks! Save yourself hours of frustration and avoid them like the plague.

Pros
  • 90 degree elbow for connecting two pipes or fittings at an angle
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
