Great product but too much work

I love the string used to hang the picture hangers. It is strong enough not to be affected by the weight of the cable. It hangs beautifully regardless of the number of pictures/cards attached. However, I was disappointed that the two picture hangers detached from their cases before they were even opened. However, they seem easy enough to reattach as they can be reinserted and the body clamped a little tighter.
