JR Products 10495 T Style Holder Review

These are commonly used on trailers and RVs. I bought this to keep my workshop door open even in the wind. It was a little difficult to install on the uneven surface of my siding, but after adjusting the wire lock everything works fine.

I just installed a backyard storage shed and wanted the doors to stay open when the wind blows. I saw them on cargo trailers and thought they were working on my new shed and they are. Now when I get things in or out of the shed I don't have to worry about the door hitting me.

It was great. I was able to use previous holes from the crappy plastic door stay that came with my trailer from the factory. It's a better quality. Just measure correctly because it's a bit longer than the plastic rods so you may need to adjust where you place it or just bend the metal rod a bit which I've done and so far it's working great.

My trailer originally had plastic door holders. They deteriorated and fell apart so I wanted to replace them with something that would last a long time. They didn't fit exactly, but I was more than willing to drill some new holes to replace them.
