Break easily for furniture parts and fittings

At the slightest wind pressure on the trailer door, the plastic lever breaks. Passed 2 in the last two weeks. The second lasted half a day. Pooh. This product should have a metal rod in a plastic tube to give it some strength.

Pros
  • Furniture parts and fittings
Cons
  • No power

Identical Replacement

Exact Replacement Plastic Door Bracket. The key word is plastic, they break under pressure like children trying to close a door before opening it lest it break. So the moral of the story is buy a few if your kids or grandkids are going camping with you.

Pros
  • Van Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Very fragile, will not survive in windy areas.

Installed on my trailer on Saturday, broke on Sunday in very light wind. I bought it to replace the same type that was on the trailer that also broke in the wind. I thought the original was old and brittle, but the new one was just as brittle. I do not recommend anyone to buy this product. I'm going to find a way to upgrade to metal brackets, which can be tricky because I need an angled style to clear my awning. If they were in a metal version I would buy them.

Pros
  • Interior
Cons
  • Reliability
