Description of πŸšͺ Enhanced Entry Door Window Frame for RV - JR Products 11011 (White)

Better than OEM replacement. Additional UV protection molded into the plastic to stop yellowing. Includes pre-applied butyl sealant for both door and window seals. Window held in place by frame and butyl only, use caution when handling the glass. Installation screws not included; use #6 flat head x 1-1/2" length.

Fits perfectly: Appearance

A little worried about the fit but it was an exact replacement for the existing window frame for my camper van. Easy installation for one person.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • No instructions

Good product! for the outside

Perfect fit. There were more screw holes than the original, but that's okay. Spray it to match the camper trim. Very happy with the end result.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Almost everything in order

Good product best suited for awnings, screens and accessories

Well made and as advertised. My old frame didn't have that many bolts so I had to look for extra bolts which took some searching. The only thing that seemed to have the right head shape were the drywall screws, which I had to paint white to match.

Pros
  • practical item

Happy with the purchase

I have changed the door plastic a few times in my motorhome history. I like them for the extra screws and sealant on the fairing. 1 less to do. The one I just replaced lasted 11 years with no leaks turning yellow. A trick I learned that helps 3m tape with no residue. 4 small strips comfort my wife, the glass does not fall off.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Good replacement frame

Great for replacing the outside door window frame on my 1988 Bigfoot caravan. The original has been torn in several places from time to time. This one fits perfectly - just wish they had included screws because I had to go to ACE hardware to get a few more screws as the original window frame used 2 fewer screws. It is only a frame, no window glass.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Good but not great

High quality frame: Appearance

Better quality than my original frame. This frame has lugs to position and hold the glass in the center and to center the frame in relation to the opening in the door. Sufficient adhesive sealant/putty applied beforehand. There are no instructions, but in general everything is clear. My original frame had the same number of bolts so I just reused them. As for UV resistance, time will tell.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Requires power outlet
