Unreliable and Poorly Designed Enclosure

As a result of using this product, I found that it frequently disconnects and causes data loss, rendering it useless for consistent use.While it is lightweight and portable the poor design and low-quality materials make it a risky investment..

Not Working Screws Missing

Disc received and installed. I connected a ThinkPad to a powered USB port and got a message that not enough power is available from the USB port. I then tried a powered USB port on the desktop and got an E: drive icon with a question mark. Also, the case has 8 screw holes but only got 5.
