Great tool for zipping Javascript files

I like that it's very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. It also handles large zip files without any problems, which makes this tool really useful in my work as a developer. The only thing I don't particularly care about is that there are no options to set compression level or other settings. Otherwise everything works fine! If you need something simple but powerful to create zips with Javascript (or even server-side), try jszip. You'll be glad you did :) We're using it to compress…

Pros
  • It's super easy to use, does the job and is cross platform
Cons
  • There are no options to set compression level or other settings

Saves you time and effort converting legacy file formats

I like that you can create zip archives with multiple entries in less than one second! The UI looks nice too - it's clean & simple to use (at least so far). If you're looking for something quick and easy, this might be what you need. We had been using 7-Zip but found out later we were unable to extract some of our archive items from inside an application because they weren't supported by their underlying compression format. With jszipping we are able to open up all sorts of file types without…

Pros
  • Fast
  • Multi platform support
  • Simple interface; no learning curve requiredI dislike:
  • Not great at compressing small files
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Great for compressing and creating compressed files

I like how easy it was to use this software once you figured out where everything would go in order to create your zip file. There were times when i had no idea what an option did or why that one seemed more confusing than others so if anyone isn't sure of anything feel free to ask! It's very intuitive but not always 100% clear which options are most beneficial depending upon user needs/expectations at any given time (which can be frustrating). As long as users understand their requirements…

Pros
  • Easy interface, clean & simple
  • Can add photos along side files for easier organization purposes.
  • Works fine across all platforms
  • Windows OSX Linux Unix Android iOS
Cons
  • None

Excellent tool for creating and managing ZIP files

The fact that it's easy to use as well with all major browsers (IE9+). That I can open any zip file without problems in my browser using this plugin! No cons at least so far;-)I have only used JSZip while working remotely from home but if you're willing/able then go ahead-no harm done:-) If there are other features like compression or encryption which would be good too because they could save bandwidth when downloading large amounts of data.- There should also exist an option where we don't…

Pros
  • I like the fact that I can open zip files straight away with my browser without downloading them first
Cons
  • I don't like the fact that I have to open a new tab to open a zip file
