I found the cart to be fairly easy to put together but I found the construction to be a little light but good for what it was designed for. I found it tips over a bit because the wheels are set too close to center. I fixed this by placing a heavy steel plate in the lower ballast tray. So that. I like it. It has the tools needed for a variety of projects around my shop and driveway. All for a reasonable price!

4 stars just because I got the right product. HOORAY! I'm in the process of assembling - and while assembly is fairly self-explanatory, I still wanted an assembly instructions page. There is a details page. So when you've sorted through hundreds of nuts, washers, and bolts (I suggest using an ice cube tray), I'm still wondering what order to start in. I have a red 3 tier cart. It looked tiny but held up longer than expected. It wasn't difficult to put together, just too many nuts and bolts. They are difficult to maneuver and I had to do a few 3 point turns to get them in my closet. I really thought I would order a trolley that had all 4 wheels spinning as I knew I needed maneuverability.
