I love this document, but one of the reasons I got it was so I didn't have to manually connect and disconnect all my peripherals. Unfortunately, my Blue Yeti microphone is not recognized when plugged into one of the USB ports.

Pros
  • 2x USB 3.0 ports (5Gb/s) Use standard USB 3.0 flash drives and devices with these ports for fast transfer of data and peripherals.
Cons
  • Concerns me

malnutrition!

I didn't bother to connect it to my computer. Not sure what the power supply is for if not to power the ports. At best, I was only getting 80mA of charge from each port, including PD, to my phone. A typical USB 3.1 for my phone should output around 1000mA. No wonder, because the supplied power pack is designed for a maximum current of 2000 mA. I'll probably just throw it away since I live in Alaska and it's not worth the time and money to send it back. What a waste.

Pros
  • 1x USB-C 3.1 Generation 2 (10 Gbps) with data rate. USB-C data port (data only) can transfer your data at a lightning speed of 10Gbps with your USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices.1 USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps) data transfer rate port available. If you have an external hard drive or USB 3.1 Gen 2 flash drive, you can use next-generation transfer speeds. Also compatible with previous versions (USB 3.0, 2.0, 1.1)
Cons
  • Can be damaged

All the ports you need in a slightly larger package

Called "Dock" because it's designed to plug into the left side of the USB-C and place under the laptop to tilt it at a slight angle, but for laptops, which only have USB-C on the right side, it's bigger and looks like a key. The size of the product can be an issue if you want to carry it around. If you want to take it with you, bizhub might be the best option. However, the dongle should have enough ports for each use, unless you want to output to multiple 4k monitors simultaneously.

Pros
  • SD 4.0 Input - Supports a UHS-II SD card that conforms to the SD4.0 technology standard. Easily transfer data and photos from SD cards to your laptop.
Cons
  • Sad Package
