A very affordable option which provides excellent features

I love the ease of use and how quickly it gets up and running. The ability to switch between multiple languages easily. Also the fact that there are integrations into other systems such as Slack and Salesforce with out of the box functionality. No complaints! If you want a quick, powerful way to engage your customers then this is a great solution. This is a great tool to help get started with. Incredibly useful tool for project managers and internal stakeholders alike

I liked how quickly we could get up-to-speed using this software compared to other solutions out there which are much more cumbersome than they need be! We were able compare our workflows across different departments at once without having to go through each one individually - great timesaver. The reporting tools available within your account dashboard was also extremely helpful when analyzing data from multiple sources as well as being used internally throughout my team members' daily…
