I love the ease of use and how quickly it gets up and running. The ability to switch between multiple languages easily. Also the fact that there are integrations into other systems such as Slack and Salesforce with out of the box functionality. No complaints! If you want a quick, powerful way to engage your customers then this is a great solution. This is a great tool to help get started with. We were able to see a huge increase in engagement and overall satisfaction from our customers. The ability to create bots that can talk back to users in real-time. The bot can also be used as a customer service tool. Not much I dislike about this product. This is a great software for creating bots. If you are looking for something cheap but powerful, then this is your best bet. We are solving problems related to customer support. Our customers love our chatbots because they feel like they're talking to a person.
