Seat cover not as described. Too small, not enough fabric and doesn't cover the seat. A full refund was not issued when the seller received the item back. The item cost $25 and the seller only returned $5.95.

The quality is excellent. The price seems too high for a replacement seat, but the quality is excellent. We returned it because we found another seat and didn't need it, but the quality is great and it's great to be able to order a new seat even if it's expensive.

Only order if you are 1000% sure it is the right model. Fine print: They don't allow returns and refunds once you open the package, but of course you can't see if it fits without opening it, especially since the listing doesn't list the exact dimensions or photos of the attachments. Save yourself the money and hassle and price direct from Fisher's half price replacement websites. It really does look like Sc&M money.

Disappointing! The company was good at communication but still unsatisfied with the service. I ordered this chair to replace my old one. I was looking for a style number, a name, anything that would identify what I had. I measured the seat and bought because the sizes matched. When the seat arrived I had to open it up to see if it fit. It was less than 5 minutes out of the box and not a single child touched it but they don't pick it up. Finally made a replacement!
