Disappointing! The company was good at communication but still unsatisfied with the service. I ordered this chair to replace my old one. I was looking for a style number, a name, anything that would identify what I had. I measured the seat and bought because the sizes matched. When the seat arrived I had to open it up to see if it fit. It was less than 5 minutes out of the box and not a single child touched it but they don't pick it up. Finally made a replacement! Not what I would suggest! Very disappointed.
