A review for my fellow obsessive researchers :)

This is a bit of a long review (sorry!), but I'm hoping that someone might benefit from the ridiculous amount of time I spent.I did A LOT of research before I bought my jumpsport, both on trampoline brands and on the benefits of rebounding.I’ll start with the benefits. I’m a science nerd, so my first instinct was to search all the sciency-nerdy journals for any studies on rebounding. There aren’t many. The most informative (and most cited) was a paper from the 70’s, whose author worked at NASA,

All in one review! in my review

Update: I purchased this in February of 2013 and it is now June of 2014, so this update is well over a year now. At first I used this trampoline almost every day for about 4 months with no problems, afterwards I used it every now and again as I was busy with school and work. I have recently started using it consistently again and it is still going strong. I still have the extra cord that came with it which is nice. I am glad I purchased this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy

jumping for joy on my review.

I've been looking for ways to improve my health in 2012 and increasing my level of exercise is part of a two prong plan to do so. Since it's still winter, I was looking for a way to exercise indoors that would help raise my cardio output but in a low or preferably non-impact manner. Top quality and easy to set up

Glad I went with a top brand, as this rebounder is excellent. A cinch to set up and just the right tension for a great workout, even under a relatively low ceiling.

I bought my Jumpsport trampoline a little more than a year ago and I am still so pleased with it! I'm 5'3" and weigh about 145lbs. and I work out on it about 4-5 days a week for about half an hour. I am 40 and I was looking for a low-impact cardio tool that wouldn't hurt my knees and joints. The hopping in aerobics classes is too hard on my knees, ankles, hips, and feet.
