This ruler is a great idea but not very well designed. It's made of thin, flexible plastic so it doesn't rest entirely on the fabric. It also slides so you have to press on it to cut perfectly even strips. If it were made of thicker plastic and had non-slip grips on the bottom, it would be a lot easier to use.

I love love love this tool! I found this on a blog recommendation and bought it as I make a lot of bias binding. The ease of laying the diagonal edge on top of the fabric edge and then rotary cutting makes it very quick to bevel cut or trim for any project. There is no need to measure and mark with other tools. So glad I bought it!

I only recently bought this ruler so haven't used it much but I can already say it will work like a charm. I bought it along with the Quilting Bee starter kit: rotary cutter and cutting mat, and now I'm looking forward to making my own bindings. I used to know it would be long and tedious, but with all of this I know that sewing will be a lot faster now. So thankful someone came up with this.
