Exactly what we needed.

Exactly what we got from our local electronics store. It's only open during the week when we work. Delivery was quick, item in perfect condition. Juno makes great lighting products.

Cheap replacement for a previously good case

This was a replacement for an existing unit of the same model number. from the same manufacturer. The old device stopped working and seemed easier to replace than fix. It would be easier to fix the old one. The new device is quite different from the one I had which was about ten years old. Many features of the old device were removed, apparently to save production costs. I learned that the old block was specifically designed to replace the internal transformer, change wiring connections, etc…

Pros
  • Case
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Normal product but big and expensive.

This is a box for low voltage (12V) lighting fixtures (ie a 120V box with its own transformer to get 12V for a halogen or LED bulb). I bought and installed several of these and the corresponding non-IC (no isolation contact) version. I normally use Halo, but I needed this Juno box to match the specific fairing (Juno 449-WH) I was planning to use. You have to do what you have to do to get what you want, but I'll describe the differences anyway. This box is BIG. It's taller than similar Halo…
