I really like the small footprint and it seems to take care of itself, you can add beans and water. So far everything is working very well.

Easy installation and maintenance, fantastic taste. Keurig tastes like dirty water compared to what this machine produces. If you love coffee, this machine is worth the investment.

Great car with a problem. There is a water level sensor that is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. After six months of use, the coffee did not give way. I called Yura and after several calls and long waits, the support agent finally resolved the issue. You need to put your hand in the drip tray area and use a towel to rub the "hammer" that compacts the coffee grounds. I'm assuming there was a sensor there and once I've cleared that area it dispenses coffee the same as before.

You usually get what you pay for and wow how much do you get in this admittedly expensive car. Each cup tastes perfect depending on the quality of the beans used. This is European style, design and functionality at its finest. A word of advice, if you're making cappuccino, buy a $30 Jura glass milk mug, it's worth it, and microwave the milk for 30 seconds first. Otherwise, you'll end up with a warm, not hot, cup of coffee. This is actually our third Jura in 20 years. Our first was when we lived in Europe and we only sold it because the tension in the US is different. Our second car lasted 16 years. They would have serviced it but they couldn't guarantee they would have parts for the outdated car so we decided to buy a new one.
