Love these shorts. They fit perfectly and the thickness and pile are in the top 5. They washed well, held their shape with no shrinkage. I just received 1 pair of these shorts in black and immediately ordered 4 more pairs (2 black and 2 navy blue). Very comfortable shorts! There is nothing about them not to like. They sit comfortably at the waist, have large pockets and come down just above my knee (I'm short). The waistband is a two inch thick, soft elastic that does not require a zipper. They don't pucker around the waist like many elastic waist garments. These shorts are very good. They're light, but not so light that they show through. My legs are loose, but not enough to make me look fuller. I'm 160 pounds, 5ft 3, in my 50's and my legs are chunky and bumpy so shorts wouldn't fit me, but these look pretty good and don't wrinkle like wicker.
