Although it should be a dress, it's not long enough to be a dress in my opinion. However, this is a great length for a tunic top! My stepdaughter loves it; both the color and the beautiful golden pony detail on the front. She will pair it with leggings and boots - very cute! The fabric seems to be of decent quality and she loves it.
