Description of JVCC SLPT20 Designer Packaging Tape: 2 In Packaging & Shipping Supplies

JVCC SLPT20 Designer Packaging Tape offers custom designs or patterns printed on standard polypropylene (BOPP) film carton sealing tape. This tape is great for projects such as crafting, hooping, fashion and others; but is also exceptional at basic box and carton sealing or for just grabbing attention. The 'Color Bars' and 'Dashed-Line Road' versions are printed on colored film and are coated with an acrylic adhesive. All the other tapes are printed on clear or white film and are coated with a hot melt rubber adhesive. Please note there is an 8-1/2 inch gap between the scissor repeats on the 'Scissor Cut' pattern. Also, these designs are printed on standard packaging tape and will leave ink and adhesive residue behind if adhered to a floor, table or tile even for a short period of time. If using the 'Dashed-Line Road' pattern for Matchbox cars or LEGO cars on a surface you want to later remove it from please test it out first on an inconspicuous part of the surface and leave it on a few days to make sure you can remove it with adhesive cleaner and a strong bristle brush first as desired. Carrier/Backing: polypropylene (PP) film. Adhesive: rubber (All Others), acrylic (Color Bars, Dashed-Line Road) . Service/Operating Temperature: 32F to 140F. Application Temperature: 54F to 110F. Adhesion: 48 (rubber) 22 (acrylic) ounces per inch (to stainless steel) . Tensile Strength: 26 (rubber) 18 (acrylic) pounds per inch (longitudinal) . Thickness: 1.83 (All Others) 2.0 (Color Bars, Dashed-Line Road) mils (total). Core: 3-inch diameter.

Great for walls instead of making small ones.

Great for walls rather than kids building their own streets with accents to match! We also frame our US map and post information about our trips! The kids love it!

Pros
  • The Colored Stripes and Lined Road versions are printed on colored foil and coated with acrylic adhesive. All other tapes are printed on clear or white film and coated with hot melt rubber adhesive. Note that the Scissor Cut pattern has an 8-1/2 inch gap between scissor repeats.
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen

The best for my 2.5 year old!

cars are his world and this is the most amazing tape. I can't speak, which is not good to use. So far we've only used it on billboards, outdoor concrete, old cardboard, etc. It works great with stickiness. Don't worry about it peeling off. You can't go wrong buying this band. In one role, a full day (or maybe several weeks) of creative play!

Pros
  • In addition, these designs are printed on standard packaging tape and leave ink and adhesive residues on the floor, table or tiles even after a short period of application. If you are using the Dotted Road Template for Matchbox Cars or LEGO Cars on a surface from which you later intend to remove it, first test it on an inconspicuous area of the surface and let it sit for a few days to ensure you can do this Remove if necessary with glue cleaner and a stiff bristle brush.
Cons
  • little things

Good and Bad: Tape

Bought this cassette for my 2 year old son. He loves to drive cars anywhere and everywhere in the house. I thought it would be a great way to introduce him keep it busy. And it was. He loved it. I put it on the floor and it played with it for days. The bad thing is when I removed the tape from the carpet it left black streaks wherever the tape was. Maybe would it be better if it was just left for a day or used on a hard floor.

Pros
  • Media/Backing: Polypropylene (PP) film. Adhesive: rubber (all others), acrylic (colored stripes, dotted line). Service/Operating Temperature: 32F to 140F. Application Temperature: 54F to 110F. Adhesion: 48 (rubber) 22 (acrylic) ounces per inch (on stainless steel). Tensile Strength: 26 (rubber) 18 (acrylic) psi (longitudinal). Thickness: 1.83 (all others) 2.0 (color bars, dotted line) mils (overall). Core: 3" diameter.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
