Description of JW Winco Stainless Adjustable SV

Latch handle and mounting brackets, stainless steel, European Standard 1.4301. Clamping hook and pivot pin, 1.4305 stainless steel. All mobile sections lubricated with a special grease. Toggle Latch With Padlock. Toggle latch mounting plate is flipped 180° and mounting holes are hidden under latch in closed position.

Small latches that can be locked with a padlock.

Okay I sent them back for the 5" model from Nat. Hdwr. but that's because they were too small for the application. crit. but they take the padlock and the latches close the latches the price is too high for this size the word "mini" comes to mind.
