Heats up very quickly. My hair is fine and I prefer the barrel a little bigger, but this one worked well. Good cord length but wish it had a cord attached to it so you don't have to wrap the cord around the iron for storage. There is nothing special about this iron, but it worked as expected.

Although I already have curly hair, sometimes I want to add bigger curls or smoother curls. That's such a good curl.
